Senior InfraOps Engineer (SDE 3) (AWS/Kubernetes): Building and maintaining scalable, secure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and ECS with an accent on reliability, automation, observability, and security. Focus on leading incident response, optimizing cloud costs, designing fault-tolerant architectures, and mentoring engineers while delivering high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and ECS environments.
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to increase delivery speed, testing coverage, and deployment safety.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews to prevent recurring issues.
- Establish infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, observability, security, and compliance best practices.
- Guide architecture decisions for high availability and fault tolerance while identifying bottlenecks, risks, and vulnerabilities.
- Drive cloud cost optimization, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor junior engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Deep experience with AWS and GCP, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, Helm, ArgoCD, and service mesh technologies.
- Proven experience with Terraform, automation, CI/CD platforms, and cloud or container migration.
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, performance tuning, firewalls, NAT, and iptables.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Scalyr, or ELK, plus secrets management tools such as AWS KMS.
- Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash, with the ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
