TL;DR
Talent Sourcer (Direct Sourcing/AI): Building talent pipelines for technical, business, creative, and leadership roles with an accent on passive candidate sourcing, market mapping, and personalized outreach. Focus on identifying niche talent, adapting sourcing strategies to hiring needs, and tracking metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness.
Location: Must be based in Ukraine; remote or hybrid work available.

What you will do
- Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming technical, business, creative, and leadership roles.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct market mapping and identify target companies and relevant talent pools.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to clarify hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
- Create personalized outreach approaches and adapt them to different hiring requirements.
- Track sourcing metrics and keep candidate data and pipelines updated in the ATS.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Sourcing, preferably in a product or technology company.
- Hands-on experience with direct sourcing, passive candidates, candidate research, market mapping, and talent identification.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities and collaborate effectively with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Analytical, data-driven, proactive, and adaptable approach to sourcing.
- English proficiency: Intermediate or higher.
- Must be based in Ukraine.

- Strong experience using AI tools for sourcing.
