Senior Software Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Remote work available to candidates located in Poland

hirify.global develops hirify.global Innovator, a Product Lifecycle Management platform for managing complex products, components, and related business processes across their lifecycle.

What you will do

• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web applications and customized PLM solutions.
• Analyze, test, and clarify project requirements while developing and applying testing strategies.
• Plan, prioritize, and estimate testing activities.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, bug reports, and other test documentation.
• Review and create automated tests, track defects, and collaborate on resolution.
• Report quality metrics and test results, participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct demos, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience, including testing web applications.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Experience creating test documentation and understanding databases, data storage, client-server architecture, and integrations.
• Ability to analyze and clarify requirements, with familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Automation experience, such as TypeScript, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Intermediate or higher level of English; candidates must be located in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted tools in QA.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and SaaS applications.
• Experience working with Git.
