What you will do

• Join a full-time graduate quantitative trading programme starting in June 2027.
• Complete classroom education covering finance, ETF and options trading, game theory, programming, mock trading, and in-house trading games.
• Work on hands-on projects and trading simulations.
• Embed into a trading desk, gain exposure to trading strategies, and begin managing risk within the first few months.
• Learn from senior traders while collaborating with researchers, engineers, and traders.
• Practise decision-making through poker classes, strategy board games, and proprietary trading games.

Requirements

• Be a soon-to-be or recently graduated student available to join the programme in June 2027.
• Enjoy solving puzzles and complex problems.
• Communicate clearly, build working relationships, share ideas, express thoughts, and listen to others.
• Demonstrate ambition and sustained effort toward personal goals.
• Show an interest in mathematics, problem-solving, game theory, or technology.
