TL;DR
VP Onboarding (Enterprise SaaS): Building and scaling a global onboarding function for fitness and wellness technology platforms with an accent on operating models, regional team leadership, and predictable customer go-live. Focus on defining playbooks, managing onboarding quality and capacity, resolving complex enterprise implementations, and using AI to improve customer-facing operations.
Location: Remote in Poland; fully remote work is available, with the option to combine it with on-site collaboration at the Warsaw office.
Salary: PLN 35,000–40,000 gross/month under an employment contract (UoP).

What you will do
- Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, playbook, methodology, and quality standards.
- Build, lead, and develop distributed onboarding teams and regional leaders across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland.
- Manage key metrics covering go-live speed, onboarding quality, and capacity, and report performance to leadership.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex and at-risk enterprise onboardings.
- Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning while balancing global consistency with regional needs.
- Own onboarding budget and resource planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Technical Customer Success, including senior leadership experience.
- Proven experience building and scaling onboarding or implementation functions across multiple regions.
- Experience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams and developing managers and senior leaders.
- Strong operational, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Understanding of platform configuration, data migration, API integrations, and customer workflows.
- Excellent command of English is essential.
Nice to have
- Experience with fitness, wellness, or membership platforms such as Mindbody, ABC Fitness, Daxko, or similar.
- German language skills.
