Manager of Safety, Security, Health & Environment (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain site-wide corporate security and HSSE programs for the Romanian manufacturing site.
• Manage physical security, access control, visitor management, incident reporting, and site protection.
• Lead workplace safety initiatives, inspections, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Establish emergency response, crisis management, business continuity, and evacuation procedures.
• Support environmental compliance, including waste management, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver security, safety, and emergency response training while coordinating with authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Security Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Risk Management, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in corporate security, HSSE, EHS, facility security, risk management, or related functions.
• Experience with physical security, access control, emergency response, incident management, audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Experience implementing workplace health and safety programs in industrial, manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or similar operational environments.
• Knowledge of Romanian occupational safety, environmental, and security regulations.
• Professional fluency in English and required Romanian language proficiency.

• Experience supporting greenfield sites, manufacturing scale-up, or rapidly growing operations.
