Technical Team Lead – LLM Systems (LangGraph & Bedrock)

Location: Delhi NCR, India; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Architect and implement LangGraph-powered workflows and AWS Bedrock inference.
• Build stateful agent flows with tool orchestration, retries, and memory handling.
• Debug prompts, agent logic, and runtime behavior in production systems.
• Own the performance, cost efficiency, and observability of LLM pipelines.
• Mentor and lead an initial team of five engineers while establishing engineering practices.
• Collaborate with company leadership and the head of AI on system design and product strategy.

Requirements

• Strong computer science fundamentals and a B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of backend or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with LLM orchestration tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Bedrock Agents.
• Deep Python skills, including asynchronous and event-driven programming.
• Experience shipping and maintaining production systems.
• Ability to work across prompt logic, orchestration, and infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Langfuse or other tracing and observability tools.
• Experience with vector stores, prompt versioning, or RAG architectures.
• Background in cybersecurity, risk reasoning, or enterprise software.
