TL;DR
Engineer Lead, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (GitHub Copilot) (GenAI and Agentic AI): Driving the enterprise rollout of GitHub Copilot and building AI agents and agentic workflows that accelerate software delivery with an accent on prompt engineering, multi-agent collaboration, and responsible AI. Focus on integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms, evaluating model and agent reliability, and developing RAG-enabled REST services on cloud platforms.

What you will do
- Drive the enterprise rollout of GitHub Copilot across the Services organization.
- Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows that accelerate software delivery.
- Enable AI-assisted engineering adoption across development, QA, and technical consulting teams.
- Establish prompt and agent standards and embed responsible AI practices into delivery workflows.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms, APIs, repositories, and operational workflows.
- Evaluate model, agent, and system behavior for accuracy, reliability, grounding, and safety.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years working with AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI.
- Experience designing applications with GitHub Copilot and driving GitHub adoption across an enterprise.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, agent planning, memory, tool usage, orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, human-in-the-loop systems, and semi-autonomous execution.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building REST services with Flask or FastAPI.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG and hybrid retrieval, vector databases, cloud platforms, AI/ML studios, and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and pandas.
- Fluent English, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, strong communication, documentation, organization, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and parameter-efficient tuning such as LoRA or QLoRA.
- Production-grade MLOps experience, including CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience with Pinecone, Chroma, Redis, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance for GenAI systems.
