Manager, UGC & Video Editor (EU)

Location: Remote - EU; 100% remote working environment, with benefits based on the employee's country of residence.

Base salary: €57,000–€80,000 per year, plus performance bonus and stock option allocation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Source, recruit, and manage creators across DACH, the UK, wider Europe, and APAC.
• Build and maintain a diverse creator network aligned with target audiences and ongoing creative testing needs.
• Translate campaign briefs into creator-facing briefs and manage projects through final asset delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, feedback rounds, brand guidelines, legal requirements, and market-specific nuances.
• Edit creator footage into performance-focused paid social ads for Meta and YouTube, including localized variations and iterations.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Media teams, use AI tools to improve editing efficiency, and create content at live events.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 2–3+ years of experience sourcing, recruiting, and managing creators, influencers, or UGC talent.
• 2–3+ years of experience editing high-performing short-form social content for performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the German-speaking market, including cultural trends, consumer behavior, and localization practices.
• Knowledge of Meta and YouTube creative best practices, including short-form, long-form, and pre-roll content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or comparable video editing software, plus strong project management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway or Sora.
• Experience localizing creative assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience with DTC, subscription, or health and wellness brands.
