Accountant - Invoicing

Location: Prague – Jinonice, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. This is a one-year fixed-term role; relocation support is not offered.

The hirify.global Group operates international Finance processes supporting colleagues and business partners across multiple markets.

What you will do

• Process Credit Notes and Debit Notes for EMEA and AMS markets within the Accounts Receivable Invoicing team.
• Validate approvals, supporting documents, Debit Memo workflows, internal policies, and control requirements.
• Coordinate requests across regional markets, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain process documentation and identify improvements to approval and processing workflows.
• Support regional standardization, audit activities, and relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Ensure processing within agreed SLAs and drive compliant process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in invoicing, billing, GL, AR, AP, cash applications, or another transactional Finance environment.
• Comfort using SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Careful judgement when reviewing approvals, documentation, transaction accuracy, and control requirements.
• Collaborative communication, curiosity, and initiative when investigating issues or improving established processes.
• Ability to work from the Prague office an average of 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multiple markets, legal entities, or international Accounts Receivable operations.
• Familiarity with Lean methods, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement tools.
