Product Support Graduate (JavaScript/SQL)

Location: Windsor, UK; office-based position with travel to client sites and implementation partners

What you will do

• Develop and support customizations for healthcare applications, including JavaScript, interfaces, reports, extracts, data migrations, upgrades, and conversions.
• Perform site-specific software deployments and ensure implementations meet project specifications and delivery requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze performance, and support hirify.global utilities such as patching and print services.
• Coordinate enhancement, reporting, and acceptance requests with clients and business analysts while assisting Project Managers during implementations.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, specifications, knowledge-base articles, and training materials.
• Participate in on-site implementations, technical training, and the 24-hour extended support service.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
• Ability to write technical documentation, deliver presentations, conduct training, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work within multicultural teams, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Availability for work outside office hours and willingness to travel internationally are required.

Nice to have

• HL7 programming experience.
• Experience with hirify.global technology and healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of Health Information Exchange standards and best practices.
• Independence and confidence in ambiguous or unstructured situations.
