Social Media Content Producer

Location: Hybrid in Tribeca, New York City; remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office Tuesday through Thursday

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base salary per year, plus equity grant

What you will do

• Create, edit, publish, and optimize daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Produce visually appealing, informative, and on-trend posts aligned with the brand identity.
• Contribute to and implement the social media strategy to expand awareness and interest in hirify.global.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, competitor activity, and best practices to guide future content.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media or content creation.
• Strong skills in video shooting, video editing, and basic graphic design.
• Experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Adaptability to changing social media trends and technologies.
• Strong collaboration, organization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma for visual design.
• Willingness to appear on camera occasionally.
