Head of Communications (AI)

What you will do

• Define corporate storylines and messaging architecture aligned with business goals, go-to-market strategy, and competitive positioning.
• Lead executive communications, thought leadership, speaking engagements, media interviews, podcasts, and contributed content.
• Own corporate communications planning and manage the PR agency across launches, milestones, media, analyst relations, awards, and conferences.
• Build an integrated editorial calendar and lead social strategy, customer storytelling, and reusable communications toolkits.
• Expand relationships with retailers, partners, industry associations, standards organizations, analysts, and policy organizations.
• Support public affairs visibility across the US, including initiatives connected to Capitol Hill.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, PR, or content strategy with increasing responsibility.
• Experience building communications programs at a high-growth B2B technology company, preferably in enterprise software, AI, robotics, or a related industry.
• Proven success shaping company narratives, executive platforms, product launches, customer announcements, and thought leadership with executive teams.
• Experience managing PR agencies, analyst relations, media relationships, and cross-functional communications programs.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, strategic thinking, executive advising, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand complex technologies and translate them into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

• Experience defining or scaling an emerging technology category.
• Relationships with business, retail, and technology media and leading industry analysts.
• Experience with enterprise customer communications, public affairs, and executive communications during rapid growth.
• Familiarity with retail, AI, robotics, supply chain, or enterprise software.
