About the Role

You will partner with engineers, designers, marketing, finance, and operations to identify growth opportunities and improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience. You will champion experimentation, define KPIs, apply statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning, analyze user journeys and business performance, shape priorities, and build dashboards, models, and self-serve tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science growth analytics experimentation or related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Understanding of experimentation causal inference statistical analysis forecasting and KPI design
• Product and business intuition
• Cross-functional experience with marketing finance operations or product teams
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive ambiguous projects from idea to execution
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects
• Understanding of dashboarding and data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and designers to improve acquisition activation retention monetization and customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing finance and operations teams to uncover growth opportunities
• Champion experimentation and decision frameworks
• Define KPIs and success metrics
• Use statistical analysis forecasting causal inference and machine learning to understand user behavior and business performance
• Analyze user journeys lifecycle behavior conversion funnels and financial performance
• Shape squad and company priorities with data-informed perspectives
• Build dashboards models and self-serve tools
• Maintain a shared and consistent data layer
• Foster experimentation curiosity and evidence-based decision-making
