Application Specialist Graduate (LIMS)

Location: Office-based in Edinburgh or Windsor, UK, five days per week; customer-facing work may also be required.

What you will do

• Support the Application Specialist team with day-to-day delivery activities for TrakCare Laboratory Enterprise.
• Configure and support systems, interfaces, and integrations during customer implementations.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and data integrity and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide user training and support.
• Use JIRA, MS Project Online, and Workday to support project delivery and record project hours.
• Contribute to process improvement across implementation activities.

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English skills required.
• Strong understanding of LIMS functionality, interfaces, and configuration.
• Ability to learn complex operational requirements quickly, demonstrate initiative, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a changing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of laboratory workflows, including blood sciences, microbiology, or cell pathology.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and implementation processes.
• Awareness of project and solution delivery.
• Exposure to or experience using AI tools.
