Focus on troubleshooting warehouse processes, maintaining RF and automation systems, investigating incidents and logs, and improving system performance across warehouse operations.
Location: Wakefield, United Kingdom; onsite role

What you will do
- Support daily operation of the Warehouse Management System, including inbound, outbound and mixing orders, transfers to the Transport Management System, XML outputs and barcode structures.
- Monitor workload screens, Crontab functionality, algorithms, stock adjustments, pallet parameters, reason codes and specialised picking processes.
- Configure and install laptops, workstations and site hardware, and administer standard, RF and access-control user accounts.
- Monitor, diagnose and resolve system issues using diagnostic tools, maintenance screens, dashboards, Topdesk and log-analysis tools.
- Maintain knowledge of automated site control systems including MFCS, C3 and CHUI, as well as RF processes, reshuffle programmes and optimisation algorithms.
- Work with IT and operational teams to support efficient warehouse operations, system performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems, logistics software or similar operational IT systems.
- Experience with user access management, hardware configuration and IT systems troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills with close attention to detail.
- Understanding of inbound, outbound, picking and stock-control processes across the supply chain.
- Ability to communicate technical IT concepts to warehouse operations teams and collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work onsite in Wakefield, United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with Topdesk or similar helpdesk and case-management systems.
- Experience with automated material handling, warehouse automation or logistics software.
- Background in warehouse, logistics or other automated operational environments.
