College Intern - Supply Chain Knowledge Management & Analytics

What you will do

• Review, organize, and maintain Cognita templates, references, and working documents.
• Document template purposes, usage guidelines, lessons learned, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
• Organize supplier machine lists, capacity data, MPa data, and readiness documentation.
• Maintain part cost templates and document material, process, manufacturing, and Incoterms-related costing approaches.
• Review manufacturing process and tooling templates covering capability, quality, risks, and tooling requirements.
• Support commodity management, supplier onboarding, readiness reviews, project tracking, and factory-transfer knowledge capture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s undergraduate studies in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering, supply chain management, business analytics, or data analytics.
• Availability for a 5–6 month full-time internship starting in January 2027.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in manufacturing operations and supplier management, with a basic understanding of costing and commercial concepts.
• Process-oriented, detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
