Head of Performance Marketing (AI)

Location: Remote; the role supports hirify.global’s national US mental healthcare business.

Salary: $160,000–$230,000+ USD annual base salary, with equity-based total compensation.

What you will do

• Scale paid media to double net-new clients in six months and achieve 5x growth in 18 months.
• Build a high-velocity creative engine covering messages, formats, visuals, and rapid experimentation.
• Develop and optimize the performance funnel across advertising, landing pages, the website, lifecycle marketing, and sales.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production, insight generation, and campaign iteration.
• Design and build the right mix of full-time employees, contractors, agencies, and tools.
• Report directly to the CEO and influence growth strategy at the executive level.

Requirements

• Deep performance marketing expertise and strong command of paid media.
• Experience developing creative, messaging, conversion strategies, and performance funnels.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, motivation, objections, and conversion behavior.
• Ability to use AI to increase marketing output, creativity, and insight generation.
• Exceptional talent assessment and hiring skills across agencies, contractors, and full-time employees.
• Ability to operate with high ownership in a remote-first, asynchronous, writing-based environment.
