Professional Services Consultant Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead complex IBS Teller implementations for financial institution clients.
• Consult with clients on teller operations, branch banking processes, business requirements, and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate implementation analysts, technical resources, security analysts, BIC consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee solution configuration, customization, testing, defect resolution, acceptance, and deployment readiness.
• Lead go-live planning, production stabilization, transition to support teams, and client adoption activities.
• Mentor implementation consultants and contribute to methodologies, templates, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of implementation, conversion, or software delivery experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in teller operations, branch banking processes, and financial institution workflows.
• Experience leading complex client-facing projects and mentoring or leading consulting teams.
• Deep understanding of IBS Teller functionality and implementation methodology.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with IBS ecosystem products, including ImageCentre/Teller Capture, Security/IDP, and business intelligence reporting solutions.
• Banking operations or branch management experience.
• Experience with financial institution conversions and migrations.
