hirify.global is an air defense deeptech startup building AI-guided interceptors for drones and cruise missiles, together with the software platform that powers them.

What you will do

• Contribute across engineering and technology areas including embedded software, avionics, computer vision, real-time AI/ML, robotics, RF systems, and systems engineering.
• Support defense and operations programs involving military expertise, program management, field operations, C-UAS, and ISR.
• Develop defense sales, institutional business development, capture management, and strategic partnerships.
• Build product, data, and MLOps capabilities for hardware and software systems.
• Contribute to finance, legal, HR, operations, or communications functions.

Requirements

• Exceptional expertise in a relevant professional domain.
• Experience doing difficult work in demanding environments, such as battlefield software deployment, complex government contracting, or building a function from scratch.
• High autonomy, strong execution, and the ability to identify and solve problems independently.
• Rigorous and precise working style suitable for safety-critical defense systems.
• Humility, resilience, and a strong interest in European defense sovereignty.
