TL;DR
IT Director (Infrastructure and Cybersecurity): Defining and executing IT strategy while overseeing cloud, on-premises, network, endpoint, and service delivery operations with an accent on cybersecurity, governance, and enterprise infrastructure. Focus on leading migrations and digital transformation initiatives, managing vendors and budgets, and maintaining secure, reliable, and compliant IT environments.

What you will do
- Define and execute the IT strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and investment plan.
- Oversee cloud, on-premises, network, endpoint, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
- Lead cybersecurity, risk assessments, vulnerability management, compliance, and business continuity planning.
- Direct IT service management, asset lifecycle management, identity and access management, monitoring, patching, and maintenance.
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, digital transformation initiatives, technology evaluations, and vendor relationships.
- Advise leadership and coordinate cross-functional IT projects, budgets, resources, and service improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure and operations leadership.
- Experience developing and executing IT strategy and managing enterprise environments.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management.
- Experience leading projects, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- On-site work in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada is required.
