hirify.global is building an AI-native Identity Operating System for enterprise identity security, combining AI connectors, a live identity graph, and AI agents to govern human, machine, and AI identities.

What you will do

• Drive security research from initial hypotheses and exploration through intelligence and logic shipped in the hirify.global platform.
• Translate expertise in identity and security into analytical frameworks for risk, governance, and access decisions.
• Create and maintain the content, logic, and intelligence behind hirify.global's identity-risk insights.
• Research identity attack surfaces, non-human identity exposure, and AI agent behavior to identify emerging risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to turn research into customer-facing intelligence.
• Publish original research and provide technical thought leadership on identity security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on security research experience.
• Demonstrated depth in identity, access control, or adjacent threat domains.
• Ability to investigate identity attack paths, privilege, exposure, and access risks using real-world data.
• Strong curiosity about non-human identities and AI agent behavior.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with willingness to perform foundational research and knowledge-building work.
• Continuous desire to learn, explore, and develop new approaches.

Nice to have

• Original published work, such as conference presentations, blog series, or white papers.
• Presentations at Black Hat, DEF CON, or equivalent security conferences.
