Growth Director (AI)

Location: NY; the role is part of the new Los Angeles office team

Lotus is building an AI-powered primary care product, combining clinical rigor with a human-centered product experience.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Set campaign budgets, brief creative, test campaigns, and optimize spend based on performance.
• Present specific examples of budgets managed, channel allocation, results, and optimization decisions.
• Support growth initiatives beyond paid acquisition, including community campaigns, events, and PR.
• Help build the growth function as part of the founding Los Angeles office team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, including budgeting, creative briefing, testing, and optimization.
• Ability to explain a specific past budget, the channels used, and changes made based on results.
• Experience staying in a role long enough to observe and improve a growth ramp.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar areas quickly, preferably in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment.
• Comfort working on community, events, or PR initiatives when required for growth.

Nice to have

• Paid growth experience in health, telehealth, supplements, or fintech.
