Location: Hybrid in Dnipro or Lviv, Ukraine

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns from setup through delivery.
- Work directly with clients to understand objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build tracking infrastructure, including pixels, web tags, and measurement integrations.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, resolving issues before they affect delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and protect performance and profitability.
- Lead reporting, measurement, optimization, and regular client and internal check-ins.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Confidence presenting to clients and working across cross-functional teams.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

- Experience in campaign management, digital advertising, or media.
