What you will do

• Perform abdominal ultrasound examinations covering the liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidneys, and aorta in line with AIUM guidelines and Neko clinical protocols.
• Conduct peripheral vascular studies, including arterial and venous assessments of the upper and lower limbs.
• Interpret studies and produce accurate same-session reports while working independently within defined escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with the Echocardiographer, Miami Medical Area Lead, radiology partners, consulting specialists, and the wider clinical team.
• Integrate ultrasound findings into full-body preventive health assessments and document results accurately in clinical records.
• Participate in quality assurance, audit, peer review, and continuous improvement of ultrasound protocols.

Requirements

• ARDMS certification in Abdomen (RDMS-AB) and vascular certification (RVT or RDMS-VS).
• At least two years of post-certification independent reporting experience across abdominal and vascular modalities.
• Strong communication skills for explaining findings to members without medical backgrounds and to clinical colleagues.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Additional ultrasound certifications, such as musculoskeletal or cardiac.
• Experience integrating findings into broader preventive or longitudinal health assessments.
• Experience in a high-volume or technology-forward clinical setting.
• Involvement in clinical research, protocol development, or health technology initiatives.
• Interest in developing cardiac ultrasound skills over time; training support is available.
