Sr. Software Engineer (Go/Kubernetes)

hirify.global develops Palette, a Kubernetes management platform for running enterprise applications across data centers, edge environments, and cloud platforms.

What you will do

• Design, optimize, and streamline Go-based microservices for the Palette platform.
• Build an always-on, self-healing, and declarative platform for infrastructure and application management.
• Develop scalable, dependable, and secure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
• Improve platform operations through automation, scripting, and rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience, or 2+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, or an equivalent modern programming language.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration, microservices architecture, and REST API design.
• Experience building scalable cloud-native applications and working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfort with virtual machines, Linux environments, and command-line tools.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD.
