Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Monitor and report security alerts, incidents, and breaches.
• Investigate phishing and spam emails reported by users.
• Analyze security incidents, support investigations, and escalate cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Manage APT systems and keep security signatures up to date.
• Prepare monthly security reports for clients and coordinate timely incident resolution with IT personnel.
• Handle customer requests through email and ticketing systems while supporting the implementation of corporate security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
• Fresh graduates with a cybersecurity major are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of information security.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese are required to support Japanese-speaking clients.
