Fullstack Developer (AdTech)

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Build scalable data models to support complex ad impression requests.
• Design flexible abstractions for tracking engagement events and shipping new ad formats.
• Develop low-latency frequency capping systems to enhance user experience.
• Create schemas for high-volume ad bidding with external exchanges.
• Evolve real-time auction and ad-decisioning systems to improve platform outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in data-heavy systems using PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka.
• Strong interest in debugging, performance optimization, and building reliable foundational systems.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product and data science teams.
