What you will do

• Define and drive the clinical development strategy for Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Interstitial Lung Diseases.
• Lead and develop a global team of physician-scientists and clinical program leaders.
• Provide medical and scientific leadership across all phases of clinical trials to ensure regulatory approval and market access.
• Serve as the senior clinical representative in global cross-functional governance for asset development.
• Contribute to health authority briefing documents and major regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• MD degree required; board certification in pulmonology preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D with substantial leadership roles.
• Proven track record in designing and executing comprehensive clinical development plans.
• Experience driving programs from early development through to regulatory submission and approval.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience leading global clinical teams in matrixed environments.
