Code Licensing / Revenue Opportunity

Location: Worldwide; remote

Compensation reference rates: $100 per 1M source-code tokens and $40 per 1M Git-history tokens for standard non-exclusive licensing.

What you will do

• Submit an existing software repository for an initial licensing-value assessment.
• Provide access to the original source code and relevant Git history.
• Review the evaluation and applicable acceptance criteria.
• Explore licensing opportunities if the repository qualifies.
• Receive compensation according to the agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed.

Requirements

• Software development experience or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository.
• Full ownership or legal rights to license the submitted source code.
• Access to original repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software.
• The code must not contain third-party material that cannot legally be sublicensed.
