Product Manager, Commercial Growth

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and day-to-day execution for commercial product areas.
• Optimise website booking conversion and drive direct revenue growth.
• Improve the digital loyalty experience, including signup, member recognition, lifecycle communication, and repeat-booking flows.
• Increase marketplace revenue through better product discovery, conversion, attach rates, and new services.
• Define product metrics, analyse funnel data and qualitative insights, and continuously measure impact.
• Design, run, and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, while partnering with Engineering and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Commercial mindset with a track record of moving business metrics.
• Strong data literacy and experimentation experience.
• Strong UX judgement and structured thinking.
• Clear communication skills and high ownership.
• Ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
• Job level: IC3–IC4.
