Product Manager, Growth Platform

Location: On-site in New York City, United States

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the marketing website as a pipeline and conversion asset, including its CMS, architecture, and performance.
• Enable marketing teams to create template pages and manage content.
• Define and maintain customer journeys and conversion paths from first touch through webinars and demo requests.
• Run continuous A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates across pages and calls to action.
• Partner with product marketing and design on messaging, positioning, page briefs, launches, and site updates.
• Manage engineering delivery, web QA, the roadmap, backlog, project cycles, and web KPI reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web product, growth, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong design sensibility and high attention to craft and interaction quality.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, and web analytics.
• Ability to work effectively across marketing, design, and engineering.
• Strong organizational skills, a shipping-focused approach, and deep interest in conversion optimization.
• Ability to work on-site from the NYC office.
