What you will do
- Coordinate RMA activities across functions from receipt through shipment back to the customer and proper closure.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor RMA completion with internal teams.
- Create RMA 8D reports in Agile, provide requested information to FA owners, and track processing.
- Update RMA schedules, completion dates, status, and customer tracking information in Oracle.
- Schedule RMA sales orders in Oracle and communicate with CSP and related functions to resolve requirements.
- Maintain databases and paperwork, escalate issues, and provide timely status updates to meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an electronic or optical manufacturing environment.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking.
