Deployment Engineer (Wireless Networking)

Location: Remote, London, United Kingdom; occasional visits to complex customer sites are required for installation and validation support.

What you will do

• Design performant and resilient wireless networks using hirify.global's in-house toolkit.
• Lead technical network decisions throughout design, deployment, go-live, and validation.
• Support network turn-up by troubleshooting critical devices and network functionality.
• Provide real-time, SLA-bound escalation support for RF issues, power settings, SSID configuration, and access point placement during live installations.
• Visit complex customer sites as needed to support installation and validation.
• Collaborate with Deployment Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and Product Engineering on future deployment and networking products.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise wireless deployments and RF design.
• Ability to balance customer environments, security requirements, and diverse network-connected devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills covering RF issues, power settings, SSID configuration, and access point placement.
• Project management discipline to produce multiple wireless network designs concurrently.
• Clear communication, disciplined documentation, and a builder's mindset.
• Availability to visit complex customer sites as needed for installation and validation.
