Solution Architect, Implementation

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 20% may be required for implementation projects.

What you will do

• Support customer onboarding, digital banking conversions, solution discussions, and configuration planning.
• Gather implementation requirements and recommend configuration approaches aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Lead customer-facing meetings and virtual working sessions, communicate progress, and align stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration and implementation issues, resolve concerns, and escalate complex technical problems.
• Coordinate technical deliverables, dependencies, implementation tickets, documentation, testing, and validation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, customers, and implementation stakeholders to support successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or client-facing technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with software implementation, configuration, customer onboarding, requirements gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, customer priorities, deadlines, and implementation risks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management, ticketing, or collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, fintech, or digital banking implementations.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technical configuration concepts.
• Exposure to user acceptance testing, onboarding validation, deployment activities, or Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with customer solution design, technical consulting, operational improvement, or customer experience initiatives.
