Content Producer

Location: United States, remote

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Produce internal onboarding modules, training curricula, workflow guides, SOPs, and other DEO enablement materials.
• Create customer-facing training content, feature walkthroughs, exercise preparation guides, enablement videos, quick-start guides, job aids, and visual reference materials.
• Transform subject matter expertise into polished, publication-ready content across video, written, and visual formats.
• Coordinate with Marketing on brand alignment, visual standards, terminology, content review, and distribution.
• Partner with Product and DEO leadership to align content with capability releases, review cycles, and publication targets.
• Maintain an organized, versioned content library and identify gaps proactively.

Requirements

• Professional experience producing training, enablement, or marketing content in video, written, and visual formats.
• Strong video production and editing skills using Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools.
• Strong visual design skills with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional written communication and experience developing content from subject matter expert input.
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple content tracks, deadlines, and status communication.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

• Experience coordinating content review and approval with Marketing or a brand team.
