TL;DR
Ops Associate, SGC (Collectibles Operations): Processing collectible card submissions through receiving, research and identification, encapsulation, quality control, imaging, and shipping with an accent on accuracy, product handling, and order completeness. Focus on inspecting valuable merchandise, resolving order issues, operating database and imaging systems, and preparing completed orders for shipment.
Location: Boca Raton, Florida; onsite Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Hourly rate: $16.50–$18.00.

What you will do
- Receive, separate, itemize, match, count, and verify collectible card submissions and service eligibility.
- Enter order and product information into databases and print submission labels.
- Research cards using manufacturer checklists and maintain accurate identification data.
- Encapsulate, seal, inspect, and re-seal cards while checking products for defects and deviations.
- Photograph completed cards using a mounted camera and computer software.
- Package, label, and ship completed orders while securely handling valuable merchandise.
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer experience with tools such as Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, teamwork, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination and comfort with physical labor, including lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
