Social Media Manager - Remote (AI)

Location: Remote from the listed EMEA locations; able to work CET hours.

What you will do

• Run daily social media activity across X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, including planning, publishing and replying in hirify.global’s voice.
• Create, shoot, edit and publish short videos, product walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, launches and user stories while appearing on camera.
• Own Discord and Reddit communities, collaborate with moderators, answer questions and maintain an active, fair and safe environment.
• Identify community sentiment, user needs and emerging issues, and communicate insights quickly to product and the CEO.
• Handle public incidents calmly, escalate when needed, and work with creators in the AI companion space.
• Build the CEO’s social presence and measure the impact of posts, threads and creators on app sign-ups and installs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated on-camera content experience is required; submitted work must show the candidate as the face of the content, not only as the editor.
• Experience growing brand accounts on X, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, with measurable audience and engagement results and ideally sign-ups or installs.
• Experience managing online communities on Discord, Reddit or similar platforms, including keeping a large community active, fair and safe.
• Broad experience across the primary platforms; TikTok must not be the candidate’s primary channel.
• Ability to shoot, edit and publish content quickly without a production team or multiple approval rounds.
• Good public judgment, including distinguishing humor from serious issues and knowing what not to publish.
• Ability to shape social strategy and execute it independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Personal following or audience-building experience.
• Experience with a consumer subscription app, ideally in AI or products related to connection, relationships or wellbeing.
• Experience working with a founder or CEO on their personal social presence.
• Experience guiding a community through a major product change while maintaining cohesion.
