Senior Product Engineer / Fullstack (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin, Germany

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across backend and frontend.
• Design and implement AI-driven capabilities, including agentic workflows and AI-assisted features.
• Investigate and resolve user issues directly while working closely with customers.
• Own features from ideation through production, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM on logistics problems, technical decisions, roadmap planning, and engineering support.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with Ruby on Rails or Node, plus JavaScript and React.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features with a high level of ownership.
• Pragmatic, product-minded approach with strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with modern AI tools such as Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.
• Fluent German and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with customer integration projects.
• Background in the logistics industry.
