Staff Technical Program Manager

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; occasional international travel to customers and suppliers required

Salary: $111,000–$153,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Manage multiple new customer development programs from initial customer contact through part qualification.
• Coordinate process, quality, subtractive, manufacturing engineering, operations, sales, and external stakeholders.
• Define and maintain program scope, schedules, budgets, resource loading, risk registers, and other program infrastructure.
• Identify critical paths, assess risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution of complex program challenges.
• Lead internal and customer meetings, workshops, visits, and regular written and verbal program updates.
• Mentor project managers and represent customer requirements across cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience managing large, technically complex new product development or introduction programs.
• Mastery of manufacturing process qualification procedures, including PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ, capability studies, and measurement systems analysis.
• Advanced experience leading cross-functional teams across process development, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing external relationships, especially with customers.
• Knowledge of AS9100, GMP, FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and GD&T.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to executive management teams.
