What you will do

• Audit and confirm freight invoices using a web platform to ensure billing accuracy.
• Analyze complex shipment data and identify ways to improve logistics efficiency for customers.
• Verify financial calculation logic and maintain high data integrity.
• Collaborate with international customers and colleagues through internal systems.

Requirements

• Intermediate English skills and willingness to work with people from different cultures.
• Experience using Google Sheets or MS Excel for data-related tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience using JIRA.
• Basic knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
