Senior Software Engineer (Java/React)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Hybrid work with office attendance at least 3 days a week for candidates within a reasonable commute.

Salary: PLN 254,000–318,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the core App Shell and services powering a micro-frontend ecosystem.
• Develop scalable features across Java microservices and React with TypeScript.
• Implement inter-application communication and integration strategies.
• Migrate legacy .NET applications to React-based micro-frontend solutions.
• Build cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Write secure, testable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and React with TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native services such as serverless platforms, managed databases, or container orchestration.
• Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and delivering software through the full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions and a DevOps-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks, estimate deliverables, and collaborate in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures, Webpack Module Federation, Vite, or Rollup.
