Developer Relations Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in NYC or San Francisco

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's presence at major AI and enterprise infrastructure conferences, including AWS re:Invent, AI Engineer World's Fair, MCP Dev Summit, and RSA.
• Manage sponsorships, booth strategy, speaking slots, side events, and customer dinners end-to-end.
• Run developer relations events such as meetups, hackathons, dinners, and technical workshops for MCP developers and platform engineers.
• Build and nurture the technical community around hirify.global and the MCP ecosystem.
• Create technical content and demos for events and partner with engineering and product to establish technical credibility.
• Drive partner co-marketing activations with companies such as Cursor, 1Password, and Anthropic.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer relations, technical community, or technical events at a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or AI company.
• Technical background with the ability to engage senior engineers and prior experience writing code.
• Proven experience running major conference sponsorships and booth operations end-to-end.
• Comfort presenting on stage and delivering demos and talks to technical audiences.
• Established network in developer, AI, or infrastructure communities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in NYC or San Francisco.

• Direct experience with MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling.
• Engineering background before moving into developer relations.
• Experience building technical communities from scratch.
• Experience running hackathons or technical workshops.
