AI Data Engineer

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data processes for AI projects, including data collection, cleaning, labeling, augmentation, and dataset construction.
• Develop and optimize data-labeling tools for large-model training data, including SFT and RM datasets.
• Support knowledge graph construction and maintain high data quality.
• Collaborate with AI teams to improve LLM performance through data solutions.
• Implement, manage, and maintain AI data applications and security.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data-processing technologies such as Pandas and Spark.
• Experience with secondary development of data-labeling tools.
• Knowledge of machine-learning data formats, LLM data-construction methods, and data-augmentation techniques.
• Strong data-quality standards and the ability to understand algorithm and business requirements accurately.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
