Senior AI Product Manager

hirify.global develops quantum software that turns quantum programming into an engineering discipline. The role owns the agentic product experience across the platform, internal tooling, external plugins, and the core quantum synthesis flow.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for an agentic experience that transforms natural-language problem descriptions into executable quantum programs.
• Define requirements for the internal agent harness and external plugins, maintaining a consistent developer experience across third-party tools.
• Integrate the agentic experience with the core synthesis flow so user requests map to buildable and executable platform outputs.
• Define agent evaluations and measurement frameworks, then use results to guide product priorities.
• Run discovery with users and design partners and convert findings into requirements and sequencing decisions.
• Coordinate delivery with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including AI-powered or agentic products used in production.
• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of agent architectures and protocols such as MCP, including tradeoffs between agentic experiences and structured user interfaces.
• Experience with evaluations, A/B tests, or other frameworks for measuring AI product quality.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn a broad roadmap into a shippable plan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, IDEs, plugins, or SDK ecosystems.
• Background or personal interest in quantum computing.
