Senior Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS + Dot Net)

What you will do

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications, REST APIs, integrations, and cloud-native services.
• Contribute to system and solution design, technical trade-offs, implementation planning, and documentation.
• Develop AI-powered capabilities including copilots, intelligent assistants, summarization, search, recommendations, and workflow augmentation.
• Implement RAG, prompt orchestration, grounding, structured outputs, tool calling, evaluation, and safety guardrails.
• Improve code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architects, product managers, QA, DevOps, TPMs, designers, and developers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Strong experience with React or another modern frontend framework, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong backend experience with .NET or .NET Core, plus system design, API design, scalability, reliability, and distributed architecture.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, REST APIs, automated testing, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, secure SDLC, code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and building reliable AI features with RAG, vector search, grounding, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.

Nice to have

• Agile delivery experience and collaboration across product, QA, DevOps, TPM, and architecture teams.
• Experience with observability, performance tuning, caching, reliability engineering, reusable frameworks, and shared components.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, model gateways, LLMOps, MLOps, AI copilots, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with technical proposals, estimations, solutioning discussions, or client-facing technical workshops.
