.NET Fullstack Developer (Next.js)

Location: Riga, Latvia; flexible hybrid work model with the office as the main workplace

Salary: €3,500–€5,500 gross per month, depending on qualifications

What you will do

• Drive adoption of Next.js by coaching team members and promoting framework best practices.
• Build web solutions and APIs using Azure-hosted services.
• Develop backend services with C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Build frontend functionality with JavaScript, React, Next.js, Razor, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Implement test automation and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, refine user stories, and contribute to agile development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Multiple years of software development experience at senior level.
• Deep knowledge of C#/.NET backend development and REST API development.
• Frontend development experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure, Git, pull requests, code reviews, API integrations, and pair programming.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI assistants and agentic development.
• Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment with international teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or NoSQL.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
