Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia (Hybrid work model with office as the main workplace).

Salary: €3,500–€5,500 gross per month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain web solutions and APIs using Azure-hosted services.
• Develop backend logic using C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Implement frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate test automation and CI/CD pipelines into the development workflow.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine user stories and requirements.
• Participate in agile practices, code reviews, and pair programming.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in software development.
• Deep knowledge of C# and .NET backend development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure, Git, and REST API development.
• Strong English communication skills for an international environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in Riga.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or NoSQL databases.
