Marketing Manager (Community & CRM)

Location: On-site in New York City

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own email nurture and lifecycle journeys from waitlist to engaged advocate.
• Build and manage community infrastructure and social media engagement.
• Develop programs for customer participation, including beta testing and feedback sessions.
• Synthesize community feedback and engagement patterns into actionable insights for product and leadership.
• Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards to track channel performance and conversion trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in community, lifecycle marketing, or CRM roles at high-growth technology companies.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, LinkedIn, email/CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Systems executor mindset with a proven ability to build repeatable processes from the ground up.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to represent the brand in customer-facing communications.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.

• Experience at a hardware company or technology startup.
• Background in user research or product feedback synthesis.
