What you will do
- Develop and implement guidance, navigation, and control systems for autonomous aircraft.
- Participate in multidisciplinary aircraft trade studies and define overall system architecture.
- Build six-degree-of-freedom dynamics models for analysis and validation.
- Develop tools for control design automation, Monte Carlo analysis, and simulation validation.
- Collaborate with propulsion, structures, avionics, and other engineering disciplines to define control schemes and mechanisms.
- Support flight and ground testing, review results, and correlate test performance with analysis.
Requirements
- Masterβs degree or PhD in robotics, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional GNC development experience in an aerospace or autonomous vehicle program.
- Experience with dynamics, modeling, and simulation.
- Experience with software development best practices.
- Experience with Rust, C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
