Incident Management Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review and validate operational and technology risk incidents reported by business units.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and coordinate investigations with relevant stakeholders.
• Support incident investigations, briefing sessions, and war rooms when required.
• Coordinate incident resolution and improvements to the risk and control environment.
• Monitor corrective action plans, issues, key risks, and action items across teams.
• Prepare incident reports and presentations for senior management and board committees, escalating key risks and potential non-compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in risk, incident management, controls, or data-related functions.
• Experience in financial services or the fintech industry.
• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, and process management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks under pressure, and collaborate across functions with integrity and accountability.
